This three-day empowering retreat aims to facilitate a deeper connection with your inner wisdom, fostering a sense of joy and well-being. Throughout this weekend experience, participants will engage in:
– Mindfulness practices that promote overall well-being,
– The cultivation of self-compassion and self-care,
– Breathing exercises, remedial yoga, and developing a core connection,
– An enhancement of life energy and purpose,
– Insights into the latest research on neuroplasticity, gut-brain and quantum psychology.
Booking & payment
R 5200-00 per person includes the retreat program, three days and two nights of shared accommodation in two-bedroom suites, three delicious vegetarian meals, and a snack daily. Limited to 10 participants!
About The Retreat Facilitator

Dr. Zana Marovic is a clinical psychologist holding a PhD in medical psychology, with more than thirty years of professional experience. She currently serves as the President of the International Transpersonal Association. Dr. Zana has presented at various conferences and training sessions throughout Europe, Asia, the United States, and South America. Her contributions to the field include numerous publications in international academic journals, as well as a book focused on clinical supervision. Dr. Zana’s mission is to inspire, educate, and motivate individuals and groups by offering authentic holistic and mindful experiences that resonate with the natural environment. She is passionately dedicated to integrating Eastern, Western and African indigenous knowledge, employing a holistic approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. This retreat represents the culmination of her extensive professional journey, blending diverse training methodologies and incorporating elements of positive psychology, transpersonal therapy, ego-state therapy, and quantum psychology alongside traditional practices such as yoga, meditation, chakra balancing, and breath-work.
Melody Hill Retreat Lodge
Melody Hill Lodge is set in a secluded and peaceful pecan-nut orchard, on the banks of the Magalies River. This forested estate boasts a unique ecosystem teaming with birds and indigenous plant life. Melody Hill offers a peaceful and tranquil setting for the integration of mind, body, and soul. A pool and shady trees keeping you cool in summer, and wood-burning fireplaces keep you cozy in winter.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily and you will detox and experience energy renewal through delicious wholesome vegetarian meals. Tea and coffee will be available throughout the day along with homemade snacks.

Spiritual Core is a concept rooted in transpersonal psychology and focusing on our capacity for higher purpose, wisdom and compassion.
